Refunds & Returns

At Lice Sisters, we prioritize safety and hygiene. Because our products are used for personal care, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Replacements are shipped at no additional cost

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you used a Lice Sisters Treatment Kit as directed and did not see results, contact us within 30 days. We will review your case and offer a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible.

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
