DOMESTIC SHIPPING – USA

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 in the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. For the continental US, we find this gets most orders delivered in 1-4 days. (see map below.)

We understand the desire to begin treatment as quickly as possible; we offer at our negotiated discount rates the following shipping methods:

• USPS Priority Mail (see map below, order by 10AM EST Mon-Fri/non-holiday will ship same day)
• USPS Express Priority Mail (delivery by 10:30 AM including Saturday, order by 10AM EST Mon-Fri/non-holiday will ship same day)
• UPS Next Day Air (delivery to most places by 10:30 AM, order by 4PM EST ships same day)
• UPS Next Day Air Early AM (delivery to major cities in lower 48 by 8 AM, order by 4PM EST ships same day)
• UPS 2nd Day Air (delivery by end of the second business day, order by 4PM EST ships same day)
• UPS Ground (1-5 days, order by 4PM EST ships same day)
• UPS Saturday Delivery may be available if ordering on Fridays (order by 4PM EST ships same day)

Available shipping methods will display based on your delivery address and day of the week. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for missed deliveries (often a signature is required and if you are not there when the doorbell rings they may not leave the package) or service issue delays (snow, etc.)

Upon shipment of your order, we will email the address you provided with tracking information (if applicable). You may choose to follow up with the carrier to pre-sign for the delivery.

Shipping “same day” also requires that we do not need to get a hold of you to confirm your payment information; if you are not shipping to your billing address or our anti-fraud system triggers a warning, we will not process your order until the issue is solved; you are encouraged to call us at 866-Got-Lice to confirm processing or place your order.
